XPRT Insurance LLC, doing business as A Roni Rivers Agency ("XPRT Insurance," "we," "us"), is a licensed insurance agency serving Nevada and Colorado. This policy explains what we collect when you contact us or submit a request through our web pages, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. Information you give us

When you submit a coverage review request, we collect exactly what the form asks for:

• Your name and your business name
• Your phone number and email address
• The type of automotive business you operate
• Whether you are asking about insurance, a surety bond, or both
• Your current policy expiration or renewal date, if you choose to give it
• Your preferred language

If we go on to quote coverage for you, we will ask for more — payroll, vehicle information, loss history, licensing details and similar underwriting information. We ask for that directly, and only what the carrier or surety company needs.

2. Information collected automatically

Our pages record which campaign brought you to us — for example, whether you scanned a QR code from a postcard — along with the page address and the site that referred you. Our hosting and CRM providers also log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and time of visit. We use this to understand which marketing works, not to identify you personally.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your request and review your coverage or bond needs
• To obtain quotes from insurance carriers and surety companies on your behalf
• To service policies and bonds we place for you, including renewals and claims
• To contact you in the language you selected
• To meet our legal, licensing and recordkeeping obligations

4. Calls, texts and emails

When you submit a request form, you agree that XPRT Insurance may contact you by phone, text message or email about that request. This consent is for our own communications with you about your insurance and bond needs.

Text messages

• Message frequency varies and depends on your request and your policy activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. Reply HELP for help.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying any policy or bond.
• We do not share your mobile number or your text message consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Opting out of text messages does not opt you out of email, and it does not affect our ability to reach you about a policy or bond you already hold.

5. Who we share information with

• Insurance carriers, surety companies, wholesale brokers and general agents, in order to quote, bind and service your coverage or bond
• Service providers that operate our business systems — our CRM, email and text platform, form and website hosting — who may only use the information to provide those services to us
• Regulators, or others, when required by law, subpoena or a licensing obligation

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.

6. Financial privacy

As an insurance agency we handle nonpublic personal financial information and are subject to federal and state financial privacy rules. We restrict access to that information to the people who need it to serve you, and we maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect it.

7. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where we are not required to keep it. You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message, and stop text messages by replying STOP.

Nevada residents

Nevada law gives you the right to tell us not to sell certain personal information. We do not sell personal information, but you may submit a verified request to the address below and we will confirm our practice to you in writing.

Colorado residents

Colorado law may give you rights to access, correct, delete and obtain a portable copy of your personal data, and to appeal a decision we make on such a request. Use the contact details below to exercise them.

8. How long we keep information

We keep request and policy records for as long as we serve you and afterward for the period our licensing, carrier and recordkeeping obligations require. Requests that never become policies are kept for a shorter period.

9. Other sites

Some of our pages link to other sites, including our online surety bond quoting portal. Once you leave our page, the privacy policy of that site governs. We are not responsible for how other sites handle your information.

10. Children

Our pages are meant for business owners and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

11. Changes

If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
